Don Bradman Cricket 17 (DBC 17) is a cricket video game developed by Big Ant Studios. It is a sequel to Don Bradman Cricket 14. It is released for Microsoft Windows. This time Big Ant Studios have also taken voice commentary samples from the fans to add diversity to the game and also supports unofficial keyboard and mouse access tools.
Features
Don Bradman Cricket 17’s enriched career mode will allow player to begin their cricket career at the local level, playing for a teams in their chosen region before getting selected for domestic and international duty. Teams will also dynamic throughout the player's career saves rather than locked to a single line-up for the duration, other players will also going to shift as they get retired, suffer injuries, slump in form, or get selected for higher levels of cricket. A new “Be a Pro” option will bring with it the ability to play through career mode as an existing player and it also have the option to play through career mode controlling the whole team.
Don Bradman Cricket 17 will also contain many new creation tools. In addition to the expanded character creation system, the game will also boast a logo editor (which will allow players to recreate their own team logos and sponsorships on their uniforms and bats) and a “full and comprehensive stadium creator mode that will allow players to recreate their own local cricket ground in-game. It has new batting shots like helicopter shots, scoop shots, reverse sweep, charge sixes and much more. Besides this bowling also got some new variations and now a fast bowler can bowl different varieties such as off cutter, leg cutter, slow ball and doosra, googly for a spinner. It also adds new visual and new special effects.
Women cricket is also introduced in all modes.
